These are so flavorful and easy to prepare. I use the oven but they can certainly be grilled as well. I use a Honey-BBQ sauce (pre made), several springs of fresh rosemary, one Fresh Lemon (juice only), garlic salt, black pepper, cumin. Season up your chicken drumsticks or leg quarters (or any chicken part you love) add BBQ sauce and place into a large non stick baking dish. Place into a 375 F hot oven on the middle rack cover with aluminum foil and bake undisturbed, 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh chopped rosemary. We love these served with rice pilaf, or seasoned potato wedges and a fruit cup.
