Mini Open-Faced Steak (with Onions and Cheese) Sandwiches

One pound Shaved Rib Eye Steak, one large white onion, grated cheese (of your choice) one loaf French Bread. Saute sliced onions with a bit of olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste until tender (remove from pan) add one teaspoon minced garlic and a bit more olive oil, add shaved and chopped Rib Eye Steak and cook through. Slice open the French bread, add horseradish sauce to the bottom, add cooked steak topped with onions and your favorite cheese, place under the broiler for just  a few minutes. Cut in 3-4″ pieces.

Serve and Enjoy!
