Wonderful dish that I am taking along to the Georgia Mountains this weekend! I made 3 baked casseroles this is one of them. It is very flavorful and easy to prepare. 16 ounces Cheese Tortellini (I get them from the refrigerated section of my grocery store). 1/2 cup parmesan freshly grated cheese, 3/4 cup white sharp cheddar shredded, 1/2 cup grated mozzarella, 1/2 cup light cream, one teaspoon AP flour, salt and black pepper, one teaspoon garlic minced, 1 cup cubed cooked ham, parsley for garnish or can use basil.
Cook Cheese Tortellini in boiling water to al dente, remove from water and place in a mixing bowl. Add melted cheeses, all other ingredients and stir well. Transfer to a non stick baking dish and pop into a hot 350 F oven for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley or basil.
