We love granola homemade and almost everyday someone in the household grabs a handful or adds to Yogurt! One of our favorites is cherry-almond. In a large mixing bowl I add 1/2 cup instant oats, 1 cup almond pieces, dried cherries (that I do myself when bing cherries are in season!). 1/4 cup Pure honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Mixed everything together using a wooden spoon spread out on a non stick large rimmed baking sheet pan pop into a 400 F oven for 12-14 minutes (or until lightly brown). Allow to completely cool. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in a dry location (I store in the pantry).
