Cherry-Almond Granola

We love granola homemade and almost everyday someone in the household grabs a handful or adds to Yogurt! One of our favorites is cherry-almond. In a large mixing bowl I add 1/2 cup instant oats, 1 cup almond pieces, dried cherries (that I do myself when bing cherries are in season!). 1/4 cup Pure honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Mixed everything together using a wooden spoon spread out on a non stick large rimmed baking sheet pan pop into a 400 F oven for 12-14 minutes (or until lightly brown). Allow to completely cool. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in a dry location (I store in the pantry).

Enjoy!

    1. Oh I am A Licensed Real Estate Broker/Appraiser-since I have a family I no longer list/sell R.E. only Appraise High End Real Estate-part time. When my children get older I may return full time? For now this works well financially and also I can work from my home office (self-employed). I suppose I never told you this-Suzanne knows! Although she is not a Broker she is an Agent-so we talk a lot about R. E. too. And New York is a completely different animal then any other part of the USA in terms of Real Property. xxxoooo ccc
