A flavorful supper to easily feed your family. 6 pound Flank or London Broil Beef Roast, 2 teaspoons grated ginger root, 1/4 scant cup low sodium Soy Sauce, black pepper to taste, few dashes of garlic powder, few dashes of onion powder and place meat into a re-sealable zip lock bag add seasonings and soy-ginger and place into the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling. We love to grill this cut of beef but you can make it in the oven to your level of doneness. Cut meat after resting 10 minutes on the bias (against grain), garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
