A lovely Sunday supper. 5-6 pound boneless Pork Tenderloin Roast Ala Orange. The flavors and tenderness of this Pork is so delicious. In a large baking dish add 1 cup vegetable stock/broth (low sodium), season your boneless Pork Roast with onion and garlic powder, black pepper, cover with aluminum foil place into a hot 375 F oven and roast undisturbed 70 minutes. Remove from Oven and allow to rest (tent foil to keep warm). Lets make the Ala Orange sauce. One 5 ounce can mandarin oranges in natural juices add into a saucepan on medium heat, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, one tablespoon Pure Honey, stir gently and cook 5-6 minutes until ingredients are a syrupy goodness.
Slice Pork add a ladle of Ala orange sauce and enjoy!
