I use pre-cooked frozen (thaw first) deveined, no tails, Large Shrimp-16 ounces. 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms, 1/2 cup snow peas. 1/2 carrot cut into matchsticks, 1/2 yellow pepper sliced thin, 1/4 lemon juice only, 1 teaspoon soy sauce -low sodium.

In a wok or saute pan add 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil on medium high heat, add mushrooms, carrot sticks, and saute 2 minutes stirring, add bell pepper, cook 3 minutes, stir, add shrimp, snow peas, soy sauce and cook 3-4 minutes stirring the entire time.

Serve over rice ( any type you like ), the flavors are yummy!

Its a favorite! Enjoy.
