Sometimes this wonderful poultry is overlooked. They are so juicy and tender when slow roasted in the oven. Its a definite favorite. For the marinate I use 1 cup honey, 2 tablespoons Pure Orange Juice, garlic and onion powder, stir well and brush on liberally each Cornish Hen.
Serve with your favorite side dishes.
