This is a wonderful flavored meal, the oven does all the work and is just my newest favorite recipe to share. 4 bone in Pork Chops, marinate in a bowl with 1/4 cup honey, garlic and onion powder, a bit of black pepper and set into the refrigerator 30 minutes (makes sure to coat Pork Chops well). Remove after 30 minutes into a non stick baking dish, add several whole cloves to each coated Pork Chop, add 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable stock and bake @ 375 F-45 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
We love Jasmine rice served with these but whatever sides you enjoy make them if rice is not a favorite in your household.
