Light and hearty soup to warm you right up. One cup cold water, 1-1/2 cups vegetable stock, 1/2 cup cubed ham, one potato diced finely, one carrot peeled diced, one celery stalk diced finely, one 15 ounce small navy beans rinsed, handful of fresh parsley chopped finely, s & p to taste, 1/2 onion diced finely.
Add all ingredients into a lidded soup pot on low heat, cook 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
