Easy to Bake Tilapia

Tilapia is a light, fresh fish you can prepare in minutes. I season with Old Bay Seafood Seasoning, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, cornmeal and light bread crumbs. Coat each Filet in seasoning mixture and place in a baking dish. Add a drizzle of canola oil or butter pats, lemon juice and bake @ 425 F for 8 minutes or until golden brown.

I like to serve this with honey glazed baby carrots and a broccoli casserole. Use any side dishes you love.

  1. Baked tilapia is wonderful, this is a great simple healthful recipe. I like that you put a little bit of breadcrumbs on top. Sounds delicious.
