Many times when we think of Stuffing we automatically think of Thanksgiving. In our family I make several different types of stuffing’s year round. This one is delicious as a Thanksgiving side dish, it works well with a Pork tenderloin roast or pork chops also anytime during the year.

You can use pre cut bread cubes or do your own which I elect to do. Using sourdough bread cubed small, add one teaspoon celery seed, one stalk celery diced super finely, 1/2 onion diced finely, one teaspoon sage, one teaspoon parsley flakes, one teaspoon garlic salt, black pepper to taste. 1/4 stick melted butter, 6 ounces cooked sausage, one large red delicious apple cubed . *Mix all ingredients well.

Transfer to a non stick  baking dish and pop into a 375 F hot oven and bake 30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy! Its one of our favorites!

  2. This would be awesome with pork, ccc! I’m afraid I have to go with my traditional pecan, celery, and bread stuffing with poultry seasoning. It’s tradition!!!
