I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee peaches! I love multi-grain bread (thin) also love Almond butter (homemade) so last week I created this and wanted to share it with you! You can use Walnut butter, peanut butter, Nutella, Cashew Butter, any sliced stone fruit. Even strawberries. To make the Almond butter you can use you blender and pulse 1 cup almonds (I use raw whole almonds), 1/2 stick sweet cream butter, 2 tablespoons Honey, dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and let the blender combine well. Lightly toast your bread, spread almond butter, slice some wonderful ripe peaches and enjoy! *(refrigerate leftover butter in an airtight container).
