Orange-Cream-Pecan topping (no bake) Pie-oh Yum! Using a pre-made graham cracker pie shell, in a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup Pure Florida Orange Juice, 16 ounces of Cool Whipped Topping, 3 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar and whip on high using a hand held mixer. Add one drop orange food coloring and 1/2 teaspoons of Pure Vanilla Extract and run mixer on high 2 minutes longer. Fill the pie shell with the orange-cream and promptly refrigerate.
To make the Pecan Topping: 1 cup chopped pecans, 2 tablespoons good maple syrup, dash of nutmeg and some cinnamon and stir well to combine ingredients. I let the pie chill one hour, then top with the pecans.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Yum!
